Infiniteams is designed to be used by an experienced trainer (facilitator) in conjunction with supporting material. The style and level of facilitation can drastically change the outcome of a particular event .

TPLD's starting point for a facilitated event is one hour per module (each module lasts 10 mins), where the module is played twice and supported by guided discussion towards to the desired learning outcome.

Infiniteams can be used as an assessment aid by the facilitator, who can observe the decisions and communications of a team without infringing on their immersion and experience.

Along with real time observations of the team, the facilitator can also call up detailed assessment results and communications logs of the event to make judgements on the team's performance.

This information can then be consolidated to create comprehensive reports on the individuals and the team. Training and support material is available to facilitators.
