Infiniteams is an online multi-player learning environment that can be used directly off the shelf or customised for a whole series of training interventions. Designed to allow teams to participate in a series of scenarios to improve the working dynamics between each of the team members including the team leader.
Infiniteams integrates computer game design theory and the psychology of team dynamics and learning, producing a new and innovative training product that is a highly effective vehicle for team development. Infiniteams has been designed to be easily integrated with a blended learning strategy to provide a flexible tool for HR Development Managers (or indeed line managers) to use as part of their overall integrated development programmes. Infiniteams be used as a generic team building application, or can be easily adapted to suit the needs of individual clients and organisational goals.
Infiniteams can be used to place line managers and teams in a variety of situations where the dynamics of the team can be tested. The online nature of Infiniteams allows the L&D organisation to better understand and confirm areas where the leader and team need to focus. Teams can also use the 'test period' as a team building exercise where they can begin to start to understand each individual operating preference/style.
Infiniteams also provides support for real-time facilitation, logging and assessment that can be used to help leaders inform their individual and team performance improvement plans.
